I did 2 hour runs on Tuesday and Thursday and today morning paced 5km: distance was measured by google maps (my watch battery died again!!!), not really sure how accurate it was as I did it in 20:31 and I didn't feel dead! I pushed myself hard enough but def didn't feel as on a race days... Maybe my 10h sleep helped?!
I am still waiting for race confirmation if I can get in to this month.
Could I do longish run Monday morning as I have exam later, helps to put my head together..? And then Tuesday or Wednesday track?
