So i did it today on a treadmill as had really busy day, so couldn't get out further..
Did 6x1000m 4min/km, 1min rest. I think felt slightly harder than last time but just because of my stomach... Now i'm 100% sure that i can't do quality sessions in the afternoon as my digesting system really slows down then.. I had my meal 3h before and it still felt full, hicups,burp...... never ever again, better ill run on empty stomach!
Lungs and legs were fine.
i promise that i can make track session next tuesday as i will finish earlier that day and im going home to Lithuania for the rest of next week. I will be able to do long runs with my dogs in a forest
