Hi TehEd,
As my physio said: if I realy need to- I can run.. So I did it today as I couldn't wait any more.. It's still there when I run, but it's not masively painfull, it's more stiff than anything. I was given to put some heating-cooling gel pre running, so after I didn't feel anything.. I guess tomorrow will tell everything.. Unfortunately my physio is away this week so can't consult with him...
I'll let you know tomorrow if I'm back on track, it's realy frustrating..
