B .. sent you a message but would like to say a few things here as well
your running is actually very successful at this moment ... you don't train specifically for running and you don't train everyday and you having fun ...
you will get under 20 minutes and I think you will even get to sub 19 minutes
so enjoy what you doing and the next race will be better
and as mentioned .. plan your challenges better
