oh my goodness!! I think I have some kind of curst on 3:45 for 1km!
I forgot my usual top and had just really tiny one..it was realy squashing my rib cage.. I guess my lung capacity expended as it wasn't that tight around my chest before..
I managed just just finish the 5th one as I couldnt handle pain any more..
Speed felt fine (as much as I could concentrate on it not on my ribs!) I guess I felt 87-90% rest felt short but enough to catch my breath back..
I'm so sorry!! Can I repeat it again Sunday or Monday with normal top?:duh:
and can go 1-2s faster or slower just to take that curst of?
