I hope everything is ok..?
Sorry I did my 1000s not sure if right..made myself..I looked to previous runs and nearly killed myself! But enjoyed it!
So I did 5x1000s on 16km/h (3:45) with 2min rest
My stomack nearly went upside down on a last one..
First 3 were just over 85%
But last too felt hard... 92-95% max.
It realy felt short these 2min rest..
I hope I didn't mess up anything..? I planned to do 4, but I thought I'll push one more- just to finish myself!
