Hi B .. the motivation behind this trial was so you could move forward with a positive attitude
your training and development has been going very well and when you ran your lat race you would consider that performance (when not at the level looking for) to be a measure of where you are .. often it is not .. a good performance is a marker and often a poor performance is not an accurate assessment due to circumstance
however you have been training well and you are in shape and still progressing forward
so now you have it .. what is planned for the next few months?
a 1hr run is appropriate and then we can plan to go forward
