I hope i did it wright! i did 5 times 1000's. with 90s rest.
Felt stronger than i did it last time, but!!...:duh: i ate too close to training, so my stomach was up side down...:duh: onother lesson...
As usual first one is the stiffiest from all the others, but then felt around 80-85% max.. feels like getting stronger!
Didn't have my music and still did it ok (usually hard without music..:mmm
, was more focus this time..
