certainly B .. we can see how the balance works
any idea as to when you will be running the 5k races the end of each month? Maybe for end March?
Tuesday's are quality days .. 3 x 5 minutes paced at 70% effort
this time with 60 second rest .. if you can't work out the 70% effort look to achieve 5 minutes at anticipated 5k pace
