So I did both runs, Tuesday and yesterday!
Tuesday 3x5min I did on 15km/h. 2min rest was more that enough!
5min run were not the hardest, but I felt it! I think because last few months I was doing fast intervals but the most for 1,5 min.. But I'll get back to it!
Yesterdays run was really nice, felt strong!
