Just now returned! Unfortunately couldn't make any runs during the weekend.. my last one was Thursday morning. I am back to normal today. Shall I do 1h today? Track I could do tomorrow/Friday or weekend..
I'm feeling heavy and slugish after 4days not training!:mad:
