Here we go again... - muralhape - 17-06-2018 Hey Ed, Thursday 5 x 1k r120 Hilly course. 1. 4.32 2. 4.46 3. 4.56 4. 4.58 5. 5.02 Although the time weren't what I expect I really enjoy this session just because it was the first without spliting the lap in two of 500m. Seeing some improvement with the consistency. Today, very easy run with wifey 9.3k in 72min Looking forward for the 6 x 600m on Tuesday. First time doing this Ed, the 200m of rest, is it important to jog or it depends how tired I am and can walk? Greeting FL Here we go again... - muralhape - 19-06-2018 Hey TheEd, 6 x 600m R200m Lap Time 1 2.20 2 2.31 3 2.37 4 2.32 5 2.38 6 2.34 Good session Ed, tougher than I thought, the 200m made them jogging and usually in 1min45s. I won't be able to do the 1500m related on Thursday cause I've a 16k ruck march, so I'm thinking to do the session on Friday and the 1200m TT keep on Saturday, what your thoughts on this Ed? Well, did the 16k ruck at the base last Thursday night, so yesterday I had my legs and calves sore, but went tothe gym and had a workout. Besides that, faced a real tummy problem, don't know I what eat that made me go to the bathroom ten times yesterday (really!):rip: just tried to keep me hydrated. Today's morning wasn't sure if I could do the TT. As I was feeling better I decided to try, but without go hard. Just kept the pace. And in the end, I'm happy with the session cause I know I could go hard and take at least some 10s from it. 1.5k TT 5min57s Ed, the 3k race will be in 12th July instead next Tuesday. That's I did the 1.5k instead 1.2 TT.
