Well last September I wanted to do the sub 40, but failed miserably, I do olympic triathlons, so, I want to get my run times down.

Yes - status "back"

Yup, will take care of self!

Want to break sub 40 10km, while improving bike/swim for olympic distance triathlon.

Edit: started the program again. Day 1 today - did 70 mins.
