I'm feeling that I've lost some weight and this is definitely helping me to run better. 6 x 1k R60 Lap Time 1 4.20 2 4.17 3 4.22 4 4.15 5 4.17 6 4.11 Feeling great about this session! I could control the whole session and finish strong... After that I've try to maintain the pace in the whole lap. As told you before I can't go faster because the treadmill speed limit.
