I didn't put any expectations or target for this run. Just wanted to run by feel and see how it goes... 10k 50:21 Pace =5'02 Pulse=158 Just missed sub 50 by 20 seconds...Lol But no worries coach, I haven't run a 10k race for more than 10 years and just wanted to enjoy without stressing too much on time... I think the first 5k was more like a threshold feel... Just nice.. I used my 4k TT track, a nice 570m I didn't check my watch until 8.6k.. and as usual just pushed the pace for the final 1k. Feel wise , RPE I would say an 8... First 5k=25'50 Last 5k=24' 31 My next race is another virtual 10k run in 3 weeks ,(12/12) Coach.
