Hope all are good for you.
I did yesterday nearly 50min. Felt ok, not my peak, but much better than Tuesday.. Shall i do 1h tomorrow? I think I'm recovered now. Had lots of sleep, day naps and ate well.
No race for me this month...
But I am definitely in next month 30th July. Shall we hit it hard!!?;-)
