well at least you have the challenge of the 15th Feb to feel good about
I truthfully wouldn't attach so much energy in emotion to the run, it was not as though you didn't break 21 minutes
but
for the future stay focused on the task at hand and hopefully March can be better
If it makes you feel any better consider doing a 4k time-trial in the same environment as previous trials .. this would be for Tuesday
are you able to slot in a !hr run this weekend and if you doing the test Tuesday, then rather not run Monday
