we try to provide sessions in increments to build up your confidence however you seem to be happiest lying on yr back close to the death's door
there is training and then there is training for you
nice going .. in a month or 2 you would be up to 2:06 with 90 second rest and it should feel the same as doing it at 2:15 pace
onwards and forwards
and again .. good session
