wow 10% is low. i allways thought and read everywhere that less than 15% is not healthy for women as it's balances out hormones (like stopped periods) which might lead to reduced bone dencity and other problems.. ?
so what % has to have elite athletes? :mmm:
What your advice would be for someone like me? at the moment i think im around 16%. would my weight effect my performance? (to get to top 3 runners in a future!!! )
