Thank you for explanation. My goal is 20:00, but what I meant that even 19:59 would look nicer! As I promised -Im listening to my coach as I want to get better!
Tomorrow- how many 1000's and what speed?
With Sunday.. It's my only rest day and I never do any kind oftraining that day..is it possible to plan somehow else? Like Friday and Thursday? I can even run 4days a week if it's the case to reach my goal but please please no Sunday..:notworthy:
