Oh that was good! I decided to run outside and use my watch as it just 'hangs' unused.. and it's just so different to run outside than on a treadmill - harder!
So I seted intervals on it 1:1min and here is what I covered during fast runs:

I know it's uneven, but I remember that it was the same on a track.. Hope I will learn to control my speed? Average speed for above 16,7km/h. it wasn't easy.. but it lasted just for a 1min so could manage it.. 1min rest was enough to recover.
I love those short sprints!
