Hi TheEd,
So my first run was just today.. I felt worse on Monday and Tuesday so I had to postpone all my training until today.. All week no training - I thought I will go crazy!
But I felt healthy yesterday so I ran and trained today.. I ran for 30min outside and felt fine! I couldn't feel any illness or weakness or hardness on my lungs! I was surprised! so I think I'm back on track..
