apologies B I was meant to post something up over the weekend

Tuesday can be an easy 30 minutes with Thursday the first bit of faster running in the light form of fartlek to begin with

training tomorrow = Thursday

3 x 5 minutes paced at 70% effort with 3 minutes easy in-between

the 5 minutes would be at 5k pace effort

we may struggle at first without the track for pace however at least you running

Hi TheEd,

I did both runs..

Yesterday's run I did outside, 3x 5min fast.. I'm not sure what distance I covered then, but pushed it hard..

Next intervals I'll get on a treadmill so will know how fast/far I'm going..

Any runs over the weekend?

30 to 40 minutes Saturday and 20 to 30 minutes Sunday

then Monday Rest and Tuesday faster running

6 x 90 seconds fast with with 2 minutes easy .. pace quicker than last weeks pace

then 30 to 40 minutes on Thursday and a longer run of 40 minutes on the weekend

Hi TheEd!

Oh I just realised how much i missed those runs!

Did 6x90s on 17km/h was hard, but I could do faster! Feel slightly guilty I didn't go faster, I think in the evening my head is not 100% !
Rest was too long.. Was very tempted to rest less..
