Hi B .. I did answer this earlier in the thread, you must have missed this
http://www.time-to-run.com/forums/showpo...stcount=11 and it is public knowledge on the site http://www.time-to-run.com/contact/aboutus.htm I actually function far better in a 'One on One' environment however these forums are a valuable tool for coaching Hope that is better Cheers TheEd

Hi TheEd,
20:27 First km I did in 3:43 and then was stragling to keep up.. I guess learned one more lesson - slower at the start! It was tough - lungs were burning.. Thank you for link about yourself. Now I know little bit more about coach.. Beatule

you know B .. that is a very very good result to start with
this shows a tremendous amount of scope if you do not get too carried away and by 'putting the cart in front of the horse' you should be able to have continual improvement with 'careful' planning and training well done you should be happy Cheers TheEd

Thank you TheEd..
I am pleased with it, but... there was 48years old women who did in 18:44 !!!and im 24.... i also realised that is bloody hard to keep that speed for 5km! as 1000m sprints didn't feel that hard..:duh: From 192 runners i was 68 From 46 women i was 5th Would be nice to get to top 3 women and maybe top 10-15 from all... first man did in 14:47!!! of my goodness!!! i promise to follow all your advises! what am i doing next? Beatule
