Tuesday 30 minutes (Includes 3 x 5 min fartlek)
Wednesday 30 minutes
Thursday 30 minutes
Friday Off
Saturday 30 minutes (includes 5K @ 24:36) I find the training effect kicks in nicely on the week 2 paced runs and seem to lose it on the week 3 race day efforts.
