Well after that I'd say my fitness is coming along and my pace judgment is terrible:

I ran the first km on the track where I feel like I can lock in my pace pretty well. Then moved onto the road and obviously was way off on my speed and adjusted after seeing the splits.
No race next weekend but I'm up for a TT, 8k?
