Hi TheEd - yes good idea. I had been thinking about doing a Parkrun but the 4k is easier logistically so I'll do that. I'm managing a hamstring niggle at the moment - very light, more of an awareness than anything painful, but it's been there for a couple of weeks. Have some strength exercises from the physio so it's on the mend. But it might be a couple of weeks before I go for an all out 4k. Does the training data give any indication of where I should expect to be at? The last one was 16:16 which I reckon was back in May.
