Hey Ed,
Well, I had a serious food poisoning, three awful days, just get better on Monday tried to do a couple of easy runs theses days but did not went so well. Today I went to the intervals and it was very good despite I was not believing in myself defintely improving

Ed, I was reading others users posts and saw that some tell you the heart rate. Is that a important data to you? If so, I can provide you, just tell me when its important, when I start the lap, when fininshing....?
Looking forward to the long run on Sat and 6 x 600 on Tuesday.
