Good 400m session yesterday (86,82,82,81,80,80,79,80,79,78). Planning the usual run down to the weekend from here, but it looks as though I won't be able to run the 5k race I had planned (heading out of town). I could sub in a 5k time trial, maybe on the track if that seems like a good idea, and try to lower my best. I've also been wanting to test myself on a 1-mile time... Any thoughts?
