both tests went well .. the 1500m aim should be to get below 5 minutes and this will probably be the tougher of the 2 to improve
though with achieving that your 5k will also be a great deal easier and quicker
onwards and forwards and take things easy for the next few days to get complete recovery
pop your next run in tomorrow or over the weekend
we start a new cycle from next week with the intention of building on the weekend 'longer' runs .. getting that up to 1hr without problems
