Pushing my boundries - Jay - 06-01-2011 Hi TheEd Do you give advice to people who aren't following one of your programs? I'm currently about half way through a slightly modified 12 week Hal Higdon Advanced program and making some great progress on my pace. I think my biggest problem is that I train alone and don't get any specific advice on my pace, heart rate etc ... I'm aiming at Peninsula 1/2 and then Two Oceans half ... Because we have developed the programs and have the experience in working with athletes utilising the schedules we are able to deliver a service accordingly the 10km program can be used to run a half marathon and has been most effectively by athletes in the Western Cape in the past.
