It was even hard to walk and running fast would be suicide.

I had to cancel the session because of heavy snow falls and ice on the streets.

I had problems with diarrhoea only for one day(something I ate).

I go further with the cycle.

I planed to run saturday`s 5k on 400m track. I hope there will be no ice on track.

IT WAS COLD! And one part of the 400m track was covered with ice. Somewhere around half of the run I got this burning sensation im my lungs caused by cold. So this is the best I could get Big Grin

please be careful in the future not to run 'hard' in extreme cold, as it can damage the lungs

do take care and let me know if there is a burning sensation come Monday, hopefully it has passed by then

I was busy so I didnt have time to write.

There were no new snow falls so the road is dry and I could do my workouts. But it is still cold.

SUNDAY EASY 60 MIN

Avg Pace: 6:07 min/km
Avg HR: 143 bpm

TUESDAY 3X5MIN TEMPO (I made some changes in this session,please dont ask whySmile)

1.) 5:00(time) 4:32(pace) 162(avg hr) 167(high.hr)

2.) 6:50(time) 4:04(pace) 172(avg hr) 176(high.hr)

3.) 3:30(time) 4:30(pace) 168(avg hr) 174(high.hr)


WEDNESDAY EASY 40 MIN

Distance: 6.93 km
Time: 40:01
Avg Pace: 5:47 min/km
Avg HR: 138 bpm
