Big Swede How to get a Big Swede running fast! - TheEd - 05-03-2009 Big Swede, in truth you should not have done the session in the wind, would probably have been better off leaving it for another day or doing the session on a treadmill. athletes become so hard on themselves too easily and want to abandon things too easily .. this program works and it will work for you your training and circumstances have been inconsistent for the past 2 to 3 weeks, don't read into the program when aspects in life are out of balance as the circumstances affect the body and person right this off as experience and look forward continue with the program and run no further than 1hr for the long run on the weekend .. run at a pace of up to 155 bpm by the 1000's come Tuesday things should be different Good luck and be positive, its the only way forward TheEd How to get a Big Swede running fast! - Big Swede - 05-03-2009 TheEd Wrote:Big Swede, in truth you should not have done the session in the wind, would probably have been better off leaving it for another day or doing the session on a treadmill. Dont think the wind matter that much, problem is more that the legs are not strong enough to carry my weight. Stronger legs or less weight is the answer.
