Robin - Training - robin.lagerqvist - 10-08-2010 Sprang i söndags 10km pÃÂ¥ 42min. igÃÂ¥r (mÃÂ¥ndag) sprang jag 10 lugna km. Idag sÃÂ¥ sprang jag 15km pÃÂ¥ 1h och 18min. Imorgon blir det relax och pÃÂ¥ Torsdag tänkte jag springa mina 2000m intervaller. Ikväll sprang jag 2000m intervaller. 2000m = 7.34 2000m = 7.45 2000m = 7.46 2000m = 7.55 2000m = 7.55 Kändes bra idag, imorgon blir det vila och pÃÂ¥ Lördag longest run. Sedan ser jag redan fram i mot att springa 1000m intervaller pÃÂ¥ Tisdag !
