10K Training Program - TheEd - 15-12-2009 magic April I was only wondering about you this weekend TheEd 10K Training Program - April - 16-12-2009 So good to hear from you... I have questions: - Can I switch day 6 with day 7? day 6 - Rest day 7 - 40min light jog/run TALK TEST select a route with 2 to 3 light hills. - day 4: warm up then run your 5K route at a pace 1 min slower than previously. Not sure how do I pace myself in order to be 1 min slower??? I have been running, running, runnning... I finished the 10km training program and went on to signup for a 12km race in Apr 11 and a half marathon on May 29. I'm doing the races with a group of friends and we have decided to adopt a training program which 1 of them is using to train for his triathlon. Training has been tough but I'm beginning to enjoy the long run, running along scenic routes. I think for the 1st time, I'm actually enjoying my run. It's different training by following a program. I attempted 3 half marathon and I did 2 10km last year. I did 58mins for my 10km and I hope to bring it down to 55mins. Would you be able to help me to achieve my goal of sub55?
