I think I felt around 90% - little more. (100% for me- nearly dead - literaly body can't go anymore further). I felt similar to my VO2 max test. Again 2nd felt slightly easier than the 1st. But in all three started breathing " loud" after around 500m. 3min recovery was good this time, but I think would have coped with 90s. As about after a 50s was feeling nearly normal. Any runs tomorrow? Sunday won't be posible for me.. Thank you for the fun!
