Obsessive Runner - TheEd - 10-07-2009 snads ... oooops ... my apologies .. for a moment I had you on the sub 40 minute 10k schedule so then Sunday: Race Sat: Rest Fri: easy day of 30min running Thur: easy day of 40min running Wed: start with 3 x 5min @ 10k pace with 1min easy F so I gather .. that session for Wednesday would have been missed so simply continue with the sessions as above Is this OK with you?
