First goal..sub 20 min. 5k - Andy - 01-07-2012 Hi Ed, Another weekend down.. Today's run was fine (aside from the rain - thanks Melbourne!!). So next week's 1 km session - should I do this on Tuesday again? And at the same pace (3:55) or quicker? Hope you had a good weekend. Chat soon, A. Sets 1 - 4 were at 3:55, with 5 & 6 again pushed out to 4:00..all 6 were completed with 60 secs rest between this time though. So Thursday..similar to last week with a 30 - 40 min session or did you have something else up your sleeve?
