5km training - beatule1 - 18-10-2009 Goodevening TheEd! I did my run yesterday, 1 h. I really took it easy.. was hard to keep slower pace.. What shall i do tomorrow? Beatule ![]() 5km training - TheEd - 19-10-2009 we either 1000's today or Wednesday the 1000's @ 4.10 per k with Rest in-between of 90 seconds if you tired move the 1000's to Wednesday and do a 30 minute easy today what will you choose? I hope i did it wright! i did 5 times 1000's. with 90s rest. Felt stronger than i did it last time, but!!...:duh: i ate too close to training, so my stomach was up side down...:duh: onother lesson... ![]() As usual first one is the stiffiest from all the others, but then felt around 80-85% max.. feels like getting stronger! Didn't have my music and still did it ok (usually hard without music..:mmm ![]() Beatule 5km training - TheEd - 19-10-2009 that is fine for now when we get you down to 60 seconds rest then we will add the 6th one ![]() maybe you should consider working more on your warm up as well as a stretch routine before quality sessions and even races? another lesson learnt .. all in all a good day seems like you coped quite easily, even with all the various hiccups?
