Got going quite quickly. Felt a little heavy on feet, they've been buzzing all day - still doing DIY on bathroom. Calves were fine, had a good stretch afterwards. Any other feedback required? If so, do you suggest I simply start the 19 day cycle from Day 1? Starting tomorrow? I have a race booked for next Friday - do you feel it would be best for me to pull out and concentrate on simply getting used to doing the 19 day cycle over and over before I race again?
