I need Thursday and Friday's practice. Almost forgot, Friday is a Holiday and I've been invited to run 14miles up-hill. Some will go for 10 miles. Can i go and maybe exchange it for Sunday's long run? Hope you're ok! :mrburns: Quique Quiquesubway 10k Training - TheEd - 07-04-2009 Qui .. if you have a stuffy and runny nose you need to get that sorted out ideally the 2000m session looked a decent session you need to recover before you can go bounding up hills ![]() Cheers TheEd Quiquesubway 10k Training - Quiquesubway - 08-04-2009 truth is the stuffy and runny nose was during practice. i was fine the rest of the day. i'm noticing some "muscular stress" in the back of my leg (coming from the foot up to the lower portion of the back of my knee)--I'm putting ice and took a pill for that. with that going on, no way I'm going to run hills! tomorrow afternoon will do a 30 min easy run. what should i do the next two days? regards |
