5 beats higher is not so much a problem however in your case where it goes above 60 is when you know something is amiss and best to take it easy

Yes. Usually when I eat to much and I lay down my HR goes to 100bpm.

Hi TheEd.

Should I continue providing feedback?

Started sub 45 for the first time - TheEd - 11-11-2013

please do vr, sometimes over the weekend, things can be a little more difficult to answer to etc

but a little nudge here and there gets me back on track

TheEd
ps.. and the data can always serve as a log where we able to look back on previous training when analysing things in the future
pps. were you happy with the 5k paced?

Started sub 45 for the first time - virtual runner - 11-11-2013

Ok TheEd.

Well, I`m pretty satisfied with 5k. Specially after that 6x1 workout that went bad. And I was only 6 seconds slower than my 5k personal best.
