Today's pulse - 60 still.

I'm taking in alot fluid to stay hydrated. Staying positive too.

So I am to run 1min @ 10.5/11.0 or faster speed, follow by 1min easy. And I am to complete 6 of these, right?

Went on the treadmill, this is what I ran:

6 x 1 min @ Speed 12.5km/hr
with 1 min easy in-between each faster burst @ Speed 9.5km/hr

It was a pretty easy session...

yes the session is aimed at the feel good factor and it should have you chomping at the bit to race

I had a good sleep last nite. Woke up feeling refresh and good.

I need some advice for the race:
Should I go for a 15mins warmup run? Flag off is at 7.10am, so, I should time to finish my warmup just 10mins before the flag off or...???

sounds like a good idea

as you become more experienced this will all feel like a standard procedure

treat this the same as warming up for a quality session
