10K Training Program - TheEd - 20-10-2009 correct ![]() 10K Training Program - April - 21-10-2009 Ran 30mins at relaxed pace. Total distance covered 4.9km. Today's pulse - 60 still. I'm taking in alot fluid to stay hydrated. Staying positive too. Ok, what's for tomorrow and Fri??? April 10K Training Program - TheEd - 21-10-2009 tomorrow .. warm up 10 mins easy .. then 6 x 1 min fast @ prospective race pace with 1 min easy in-between each faster burst please ask for further clarity Friday Rest Saturday Race :tourist: 10K Training Program - April - 21-10-2009 6 x 1 min fast @ prospective race pace with 1 min easy in-between each faster burst So I am to run 1min @ 10.5/11.0 or faster speed, follow by 1min easy. And I am to complete 6 of these, right? April 10K Training Program - TheEd - 21-10-2009 1 minute at the 10k pace you would like to race at very much a feel good session is 10.5 / 11 referring to the mile pace? hope things are clear? Woke up feeling refresh and good. I need some advice for the race: Should I go for a 15mins warmup run? Flag off is at 7.10am, so, I should time to finish my warmup just 10mins before the flag off or...???
