Quiquesubway 10k Training - Quiquesubway - 29-03-2009 Good morning. This morning I'm feeling better. No coughs only sinus pressure in my head. It's raining... Race is at 5:00pm. Ended up w/ 20:38 1K (3:59.73) 2K (4:07.16) 3K (4:16.35) *sip water 4K (4:17.77) *experienced difficulty breathing due to cold 5K (3:59.46) *this are the laps from gps I stopped the watch at 20:50...couple mts after the 5K mark (according to my watch) since there's where the finish line was. 1st place @ 14:39 2nd place @ 15:10 3rd place @ 15:43 Female 1st place @ 17:20 2nd place @ 17:51 3rd place @ 17:53 :mmm:I'm satisfied! Probably would have done couple seconds better if 100% healthy. Let's see what happends in three weeks! My sinuses are less congested and I have very small cough. No chest pain or sore throat. Should I go for a 30 min easy run tomorrow?! Please let me know.
