It was no problem cooling down for 1,5 km on the way home from the track. Since then until now, which is a few hours later everything feels great. I don't feel exhausted or worked out in any way, besides a little tired in the legs ![]() I don't think I overworked it. It didn't feel that way compared to how it used to feel when I did this session before. It was mostly on the last 400 m lap it came crawling. Other than that I felt that I recovered enough during the resting in between the intervals. How to train - Raginglynx - 02-04-2013 Have been doing my 1 hr run now for a long time, but I missed out on the 4k paced run last saturday and the sunday and monday 1 hr run - but today I did the "start with 10 x 400m R 60 400/86sec ââ¬â no faster P" run. But tonight I caught a cold with fever and headache and I feel quite dizzy and weak in every muscle. Me and my youngest were the last ones to get it - the other ones had it last week. I thought it wouldn't catch me ![]() The weather here is very sunny, but still quite cold so you get easily tricked into dressing to light..
