And would it be possible to move one of my weekend days to during the week? Any day would work. I'm happy to do 3runs during the week and 1 over the weekend. Just if I run both weekend days, means I'm training 7 days per week.. I would like to have 1 day off.. and have a ley in.. If it's ok ofcourse? Thank you! Beatule 5km training - TheEd - 01-03-2011 certainly B .. we can see how the balance works any idea as to when you will be running the 5k races the end of each month? Maybe for end March? Tuesday's are quality days .. 3 x 5 minutes paced at 70% effort this time with 60 second rest .. if you can't work out the 70% effort look to achieve 5 minutes at anticipated 5k pace TheEd ps.. 1 day for weekends and 3 days during the week, is that the plan? 5km training - beatule1 - 04-03-2011 Hi TheEd, Sorry for such a delay!
