3 x 5 minutes fast with 2 minutes easy in-between

5 minutes at 5k pace effort

Thursday 30 minutes easy

Hi TheEd!

So I did both runs, Tuesday and yesterday!Smile

Tuesday 3x5min I did on 15km/h. 2min rest was more that enough!Smile

5min run were not the hardest, but I felt it! I think because last few months I was doing fast intervals but the most for 1,5 min.. But I'll get back to it!Smile

Yesterdays run was really nice, felt strong!

up to 1hr over the weekend and then quality come Tuesday

if you run up to 1hr today then you can run an easy 20 minutes on Monday with a quality run Tuesday

Hope you are having good Valentines day!Smile

I had busy weekend because of that so I managed to do just 1 run for 1h yesterday.. But felt really good and strong!Smile

What's for tomorrow?

3 x 5 minutes paced at 70% effort

same effort as previous session but now with 90 second easy in-between

will be interesting to see how you cope

Thursday will be 20 to 30 minutes with the last 10 minutes slightly quicker

Both runs done!Smile Tuesday and yesterday.

And both days good runs!Smile Tuesday I did again speed 15km/h. 90s rest was enough! Didn't feel more difficult!Smile
And I ran both days in the evening which is not my strongest time..Smile

when do you get to start with those 5k races in the park?

for the weekend

2 days in a row .. tomorrow .. 20 to 30 minutes with the last 15 minute quicker

and then

Sunday up to 1hr

with a rest for Monday

please provide feedback before next week, so we can plan further

Hi TheEd,

I did both runs over the weekend, felt fine!Smile

Yesterday I did 1h and I started quiet easy as was half asleep..Smile and then some man took me over.. then I caught him, then he over took me again and then I thought I can't do this any more..Smile I over took him and left him way behind so he never caught me..Smile and then there were 2 more ladies I had to catch..

So ye, fun run!Smile
