Returning to Running after 23 years! - TheEd - 31-01-2011 it was still too early to go towards the 1hr run and your legs are telling you so immediately ![]() keep it down to 30 minutes and halve all the sessions from what the program says, currently, one day on one day off will give you sufficient time to recover and it will put you in good stead for when you start training 'proper' be patient provide feedback and before you know it you will be running without any problems Cheers TheEd Returning to Running after 23 years! - Tortoise - 03-02-2011 Hi Ed, I did 30 mins on grass yesterday and am having a day off today.
