Happy to bring the race information from yesterday. Not very easy route with several climbs. I started conservatively, because I was afraid of not holding the pace. I felt strong mainly from the 5th km. Km 1: 3:56 Km 2: 3:56 Km 3: 3:57 Km 4: 4:00 Km 5: 3:58 (19:47) Km 6: 4:00 Km 7: 3:59 Km 8: 3:57 Km 9: 3:47 Km 10: 3:38 (39:08) Great recovery. I made 35 easy minutes today (7km - 134bpm avg). Thank you for all your support. Looking forward to the next phase of the sub38 goal training! I made the 5x2K series today and for the first time in the last 4 months I was able to perform correctly, including the interval times. 2K - 7:47 - 166bpm avg R90 - 126bpm 2K - 7:48 - 175bpm avg R90 - 133bpm 2K - 7:48 - 179bpm avg R90 - 144bpm 2K - 7:49 - 181bpm avg R90 - 146bpm 2K - 7:49 - 183bpm avg Looking forward to the training sequence.
