Today I continue with the program done an easy recovery jog: Time: 31:06 min Distance: 5.30 km Pace: 5:52 min/km HR: 149 bpm After football my hamstrings were stone tight.. but the knee pain seems to be gone. Today leg muscles are quite sore, but I will be fine for tomorrow 1hr run and then 5k on Sunday. I tried to keep steady, but for the last km I got involved into racing with another guy and therefore the last lap is faster. Laps: 4:01 4:01 4:00 4:04 3:29.
